Wohk Shipping Policy

 

Wohk offers FREE shipping on all orders of Rs.349/- or more to almost all parts of India. For orders under Rs. 349/-  we offer Standard shipping for a flat fee of Rs. 70/-. Free returns are provided on all orders.

For orders under Rs. 349/-, shipping charges may vary according to locations. For orders above Rs. 349 free shipping is available at all locations in India.

For orders under Rs. 349/-, the shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.

For orders above Rs. 349/- Orders received by 12 PM are shipped out the same business day and for orders received after 12 PM are shipped the following business day.

Orders placed will be shipped within 24 – 48 hrs as quoted above accordingly. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. In case you do not receive mail from us within 48hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Sometimes, tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours. So please wait until your package is processed and updated online by the courier company.

www.wohk.in uses only reputed courier services to serve our customers. Once we ship the orders, the estimated delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days  (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other locations the delivery time of the products may take 5-7 days depending on location.

In case, if an order has not been shipped within 48hrs after placing the order, it could be cancelled and the amount paid by you would be refunded to you and it would reflect in your account by 7-9 working days.

In case, if you observe that the order has been tampered or damaged in transit, immediately let us know about the damage on the same day you receive it . In case, if you receive incorrect items or items different from ones you ordered, immediately let us know by call Phone: +919701459639 or mail wohkbeauty@gmail.com We will ship the right items to you at the earliest.

Items returned or cancelled without proper reason would be handled by www.wohk.in on a case to case basis and at the sole discretion of www.wohk.in.

www.wohk.in ensures to provide a hassle free customer experience by delivering the products as per our shipping policy, however, sometimes there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which www.wohk.in is not liable and would request our users to cooperate as www.wohk.in continuously tries to give best customer experience. Also, www.wohk.in reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time by the courier company or the shipment is physically untraceable or for any other unusual instance during transit, amount will be refunded to the customer.
